OUR STAFF

Fledglings Day Nursery is owned and managed by a qualified primary school teacher with over ten years experience. Research suggests that outcomes for children are better in nurseries which are led by Early Years teachers. Our staff receive full training in safeguarding children, PREVENT and food hygience. All our staff are also paediatric first aid trained. We are committed to investing in our staff, enabling them to provide the best quality care for our children. Many of our staff are currently studying to achieve higher childcare qualifications.
