Proud to be Rated Outstanding by Ofsted

At Fledglings Rossington, we are incredibly proud to have been awarded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted at our first full inspection.

Inspectors recognised the exceptional quality of education, care and leadership throughout our nursery, praising our ambitious curriculum, nurturing environment and unwavering commitment to helping every child thrive.

Ofsted described our provision as:

"Children benefit from an ambitious curriculum that is tailored to each child's individual needs."

The report highlights the exceptional progress children make, noting that:

"Children who arrive with substantial needs and difficult circumstances leave the setting thriving and exceeding their milestones."

Inspectors also celebrated our inclusive approach, recognising that children with SEND receive highly personalised support and that "all children, including those with SEND make rapid progress from their starting points."

Parents, staff and leadership were all recognised as key strengths, with Ofsted praising our commitment to continuous improvement, outstanding teaching, and the strong partnerships we build with families to support children's learning both at nursery and at home.
