Our policies are reviewed annually and updated whenever necessary to reflect changes in legislation, guidance, best practice, or the needs of our setting. As part of our induction process, all staff familiarise themselves with our policies and procedures. Policies are regularly revisited and discussed during staff meetings, ensuring that all team members understand, contribute to, and take ownership of the standards and practices within our nursery.
